Questions

The ball keeps drifting to one side.

Neutral is calibrated the moment a run starts, so hold the device the way you want to play before you tap to start. If it still pulls, lower the sensitivity in Settings › Steering — the range is 0.50× to 2.00×. There is also a swap-sides toggle if the direction feels inverted to you.

Can I play lying down?

Yes. Because neutral is measured at the start of every run, any starting angle works — flat on a table, propped up in bed, or held at your usual angle.

My records didn't follow me to a new phone.

The profile syncs through your own iCloud account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on both devices, make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Cylindrica in Settings › Apple Account › iCloud, and open the game once on each device while it has a network connection.

I picked a playlist, but the synthesizer keeps playing.

That is the fallback doing its job — the game never goes silent. It kicks in when library access is denied, the library is empty, or the playlist you chose no longer exists. Check Settings › Privacy & Security › Media & Apple Music on your device, then pick the playlist again in Settings › Audio.

How do I unlock the other modes?

By levelling up. You earn XP from every run — distance, shards collected and boosts taken, multiplied by the difficulty of the mode. WIND opens at level 2 and GRAVITY at level 14. Daily challenges ignore unlocks entirely, so you can meet a locked mode there first.

Does it run at 120 FPS?

On ProMotion displays, at the highest of the four quality tiers. The game watches the real frame rate, the thermal state and Low Power Mode, and steps quality down before you notice a stutter.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app — settings and records live in its own storage and go with it. To clear the iCloud copy as well, turn off iCloud Drive for Cylindrica before deleting. Game Center scores are held by Apple and are managed from your Game Center profile.
